新竹臺大醫院袁瑞晃副院長致詞指出，新竹臺大分院可以提供生技產業與醫療合作的場域， 進行轉譯醫學與臨床試驗，藉此整合台灣生醫產業，提升醫療技術，培育卓越生醫人才。國研院儀科中心楊燿州主任表示，「精準醫療將改變全球未來醫療體系的生態，創造出的經濟產值也會越來越高！」這次儀科中心與新竹臺大醫院共同舉辦媒合會只是第一個開端，未來儀科中心將持續與醫院、產業聯手，結合核心設施、磁吸效應、資源共享方式，強化鐵三角密不可分的關係，讓台灣品牌在世界上發光發熱！
